IN NORTH NEW YORK ...LEWIS COUNTY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST OF WATERTOWN IN JEFFERSON COUNTY WILL MOVE THROUGH LEWIS COUNTY FROM LOWVILLE NORTH BETWEEN 330 PM AND 430 PM. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH AND/OR HAIL 3/4 INCH OR LARGER.
