THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 840 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WESTERN NEW YORK

   ...SOUTHERN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY
 
DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE
STATE LINE JUST SOUTH OF CLYMER. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH...AND SHOULD AFFECT THE JAMESTOWN AREA AROUND 8PM. 

THESE STORMS WILL PASS OVER AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN INUNDATED BY
HEAVY DOWNPOURS. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALLz WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF LOW
LYING AREAS...BASEMENTS AND STREETS.
