IN WEST NEW YORK ...CATTARAUGUS COUNTY AT 620PM DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE STATE LINE OF CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY. THESES STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL PASS JUST SOUTH OF RANDOLPH...THE NORTHERN END OF ALLEGANY STATE PARK AND SALAMANCA BETWEEN 630 AND 715PM.
