IN SOUTH TEXAS ...NORTHEASTERN BROOKS COUNTY AT 624 PM CDT...BROWNSVILLE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED AN ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FALFURRIAS IN NORTHEAST BROOKS COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY AT THIS TIME AND WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING THUNDERSTORM WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND BRIEF TORRENTIAL RAINS.
