IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...LINCOLN INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...GENOA...HUGO AND PUNKIN CENTER AT 855 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER PUNKIN CENTER...OR ABOUT 30 MILES SOUTH OF LIMON.
