WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

PETERSBURG AND WILLARD
AT 450 PM MDT AMATEUR RADIO WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
IN THE TOWN OF STERLING. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2-3 INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE FALLEN IN MOST OF SOUTHERN LOGAN COUNTY FROM 330 PM TO AROUND
445 PM. FURTHERMORE...MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
AT LEAST 6 PM THROUGHOUT MOST OF SOUTHERN LOGAN COUNTY.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE RAINS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE FLASH
FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...ROADS...AND
UNDERPASSES.
