AT 400 PM EDT...WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER
EASTERN QUITMAN COUNTY...ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF GEORGETOWN.  THE
STORM WAS DRIFTING SLOWLY TOWARD THE EAST.
