IN SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA ...WESTERN HETTINGER COUNTY...EASTERN SLOPE COUNTY AT 345 PM MDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DICKINSON OR 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NEW ENGLAND.
