FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...BRADFORD COUNTY
 
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
AND POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER NORTHEASTERN TIOGA COUNTY ABOUT TO ENTER
BRADFORD COUNTY. THIS STORM WILL REACH SOPER VALLEY AROUND 730 PM...THEN
MOVE EAST TOWARD SPRINGFIELD AND BERRYTOWN AROUND 745 PM.
 
ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS JUST EAST OF
SAYRE AND GREENS LANDING...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH TOWARD ROME AND BIXBY
CORNERS.
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
