TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

   ...BRADFORD COUNTY

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND POSSIBLE
TORNADO OVER NORTHEASTERN TIOGA COUNTY. SKYWARN SPOTTERS SIGHTED A
TORNADO ON THE GROUND NEAR TIOGA TOWNSHIP IN TIOGA COUNTY.  THIS STORM
WILL MOVE INTO BRADFORD COUNTY BY 640 PM. THE STORM WILL REACH THE
ATHENS AREA AROUND 7 PM.
