IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE ...EASTERN ROBERTS COUNTY AT 345 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN MIAMI MOVING EAST NORTHEAST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 60 AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
