  THUNDERSTORM MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF
  PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO
  WESTERN MCPHERSON COUNTY BY 840 PM CDT. CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS
