IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO ...WESTERN LINCOLN COUNTY AT 320 PM MDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES NORTH OF CARRIZOZO. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTH NORTHWEST AT 5 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
