SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO

   ...EASTERN COLFAX COUNTY

AT 614 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR SPRINGER ALONG I-25.
ALSO A STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS ALONG THE COLORADO/NEW MEXICO
BORDER ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF RATON. MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS WAS
SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS.  HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO
