FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
 
   ...NORTHERN CIBOLA COUNTY...SOUTHERN MCKINLEY COUNTY
 
AT 738 PM MDT...ALBUQUERQUE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN BETWEEN THOREAU AND
WHITEWATER...AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH. THEY HAVE A
HISTORY OF PRODUCING ARROYO AND ROAD FLOODING. BLUEWATER LAKE STATE
PARK IS IN THE PATH OF THE STORMS.

HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS...ARROYOS AND SMALL STREAMS QUICKLY SO
DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. AVOID LOW WATER
CROSSINGS AND DO NOT CROSS WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
