STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE 8 TO 25 MILES EAST OF MOSQUERO AND HAD SLOWED
IN THEIR SOUTHWARD MOVEMENT TO NEAR 5 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL
ESTIMATES OF OVER 1 1/2 INCHES WERE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE STORMS.
