FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
 
   ...SANTA FE COUNTY
 
AT 615 PM MDT RAINS IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES WERE INDICATED
BY DOPPLER RADAR IN THE POJOAQUE AREA. TRIBAL POLICE REPORTED
HEAVY RAINS WITH PEA SIZE HAIL IN THE POJOAQUE. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT TONIGHT FOR SANTA FE COUNTY.
 
BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE DANGEROUS
$FLOWS IN ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
DRIVE THROUGH THESE WATERS. WATER IN ARROYOS MAY TRAVEL MANY MILES
AND TAKE HOURS TO REACH YOUR LOCATION FROM UPSTREAM RAIN AREAS.
