AT 300 PM PDT (300 PM MST) LAS VEGAS DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPING OVER EXTREME SOUTHERN CLARK COUNTY NEVADA ALONG THE MCCULLOUGH MOUNTAIN RANGE...ABOUT 40 MILES SOUTH OF LAS VEGAS. THIS STORM WAS DRIFTING SOUTH AT 10 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY CALIFORNIA EAST OF NIPTON. OTHER ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING IN MOHAVE COUNTY ARIZONA ALONG HIGHWAY 93 JUST NORTH OF KINGMAN NEAR CHLORIDE. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALSO INDICATED ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KINGMAN AND ALONG THE MOHAVE-YAVAPAI COUNTY BORDER SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTH AT ABOUT 10 MPH. THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN ISOLATED THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER EXTREME SOUTHERN NEVADA AND ADJACENT SECTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND NORTHWEST ARIZONA.
