INTERFACE BETWEEN DRIER/MOIST AMS ON WATER VAPOR LOOP SHOWING MOST ACTIVTY ATTM ...AND INITIAL DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ON THE HIER TERRAIN. STARTING TO SEE DEVELOPMENT IN THE LOWERS AREAS AND EXPECT WDLY SCT TO SCT STMS TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP INTO THE EVENING. AMS MOIST ENUF FOR LOCALIZED HEAVY RAIN...BUT HAVE OPTED TO HOLD OFF ON FLASH FLOOD WATCH SINCE EXPECT ANY PROBLEMS TO REMAIN LOCALIZED. FLOW OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS BECOMES MORE FAVORABLE...AND MODELS APPEAR TO BE EVOLVING TOWARD MCCOLLUM TYPE 1 PATTERN BY END OF THE WEEK.
