THUNDERSTORM DELIVERING EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL JUST EAST OF ORGAN PIPE
NATIONAL MONUMENT...ABOUT 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF LUKEVILLE IN SOUTHWEST
COCHISE COUNTY. ONE HOUR RAINFALL RATES WERE OVER 1.5 INCHES WITH TOTAL
RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS IN EXCESS OF 2.5 INCHES OVER THE PAST, 2 HOURS.
STORM MOVEMENT WAST TO THE WEST AT 15 MPH...WITH FLASH FLOODING A MAJOR
CONCERN FOR THE ORGAN PIPE NATIONAL MONUMENT AREA.
