SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHWEST COCHISE COUNTY HAVE
PRODUCED VERY HEAVY RAIN SINCE 400 PM. A NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE SPOTTER 10 MILES WEST OF BISBEE HAS REPORTED
1.6 INCHES OF RAIN...SOME ROADS FLOODED...AND 4 INCHES TO
1 FOOT OF WATER OVER LOW LYING AREAS BETWEEN BISBEE AND
PALOMINAS.
