ANALYSIS OF 00Z UPPER AIR DATA SHOWED H7 TROF AXIS WELL TO THE WEST OF THE AREA WITH COLD FRONT MOVING INTO EXTREME SE OK. AT H8...WINDS HAD SWITCHED TO WLY AT OUN AND SGF STILL WITH RESPECTABLE +10 DP'S...WHILE FWD SHOWED +15 DP AND SOUTH WINDS. ON 88D...BACK EDGE OF PRECIP HAS BEEN SLOW TO MOVE SE BUT MOST OF THE HEAVIER ACTIVITY IS NOW IN SE OK AND NW AR. RAINFALL TOTALS NOT TOO HIGH YET ON SE OK MESONET STATIONS THIS EVENING WITH MOST AVERAGING 1/2 INCH IN THE LAST 2 HOURS. FEEL THAT GREATEST THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT WILL BE ALONG AND ABOUT 100 MILES NORTH OF THE COLD FRONT WHERE H8 MOISTURE CONVERGENCE AND ISENTROPIC LIFT WILL BE STRONGEST. COULD BE SOME ISOLATED EMBEDDED CONVECTION FURTHER NORTH THAN THAT BUT THOSE TYPES OF CELLS HAVE BEEN MOVING RAPIDLY NEWD AND HAVE NOT BEEN PRODUCING MUCH RAINFALL OVER ONE GIVEN AREA.
