EAST.  QUESTION IS WHETHER TO CARRY PRECIP IN FORECAST TONIGHT OR
NOT.  AT THIS TIME HAVE DECIDED TO CARRY ISOLATED IN EAST
ENDING...BUT MAY CHANGE MIND DEPENDING ON LATEST RADAR TRENDS.
WITH THE CLOUDS TODAY...TEMP-DEW POINT SPREAD NOT MUCH AND FIGURE
WITH CLEARING TEMPS WILL FALL THROUGH DEW POINTS AND SOME FOG WILL
