AT 310 AM...THE LEADING EDGE OF A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED
FROM NEAR SEDAN KANSAS TO ARKANSAS CITY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT NEARLY 45
MPH. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN PORTIONS OF
OSAGE AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES AROUND 330 AM. STRONG WINDS WILL OCCUR
AHEAD OF THE LINE... BEFORE 330 AM.
