IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS ...SHAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS ...JEFFERSON COUNTY THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM NEAR DOVER THROUGH TOPEKA INTO THE OSKALOOSA AREA HAVE BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY. THESE STORMS PRODUCED OVER 1.3 INCHES AT THE TOPEKA AIRPORT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE IN THESE AREAS THROUGH 1130 PM AND MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODINGb.
