IN NORTHEAST KANSAS ...NORTHERN MARSHALL COUNTY AT 515PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NEARLY FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN JUST NORTH OF MARYSVILLE NEAR MARIETTA. NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS OVER THIS AREA SINCE AROUND 4PM HAVE DROPPED TORRENTIAL RAINS. MORE THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD OCCUR OVER THIS AREA THROUGH THE EVENING.
