IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA ...CENTRAL BAY COUNTY AT 642 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM BETWEEN YOUNGSTOWN AND SOUTHPORT ON HIGHWAY 231 MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE OUT OVER THE BAY JUST NORTH OF PANAMA CITY WITHIN THE NEXT FEW MINUTES. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
