000 TTAA00 KTLH 150218 SVRTLH FLC131-150315- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TALLAHASSEE FL 1015 PM EDT (915 PM CDT) SUN APR 14 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EDT (1015 PM CDT) FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA ...WALTON COUNTY AT 915 CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN OKALOOSA COUNTY MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR TOWARD WALTON COUNTY. THIS LINE OF STORMS WILL REACH NORTHWEST WALTON COUNTY BY 925 PM AND THE TOWN OF PAXTON AROUND 930 PM. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AS IT MOVES ACROSS WALTON COUNTY...PARTICULARLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 10. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER... SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
