IN SOUTHEAST UTAH ...SOUTH CENTRAL SAN JUAN COUNTY INCLUDING MONUMENT VALLEY AND THE TOWNS OF MEXICAN HAT AND BLUFF... NORTHERN ARIZONA DOPPLER RADAR AND NUMEROUS REPORTS FROM CITIZENS OF NORTHEASTERN ARIZONA INDICATE THAT A STRONG THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING TOWARDS THE MONUMENT VALLEY AREA OF SOUTHEAST UTAH. THIS STORM WILL BE AFFECTING THE AREA OF UTAH FROM THE ARIZONA BORDER TO MEXICAN HAT AND THE BLUFF AREA...INCLUDING HIGHWAYS 163 AND 191.
