THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...NORTHERN RICH COUNTY

AT 320 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR LAKETOWN
AT THE SOUTH END OF BEAR LAKE.  THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35
MPH AND IT SHOULD BE NEAR THE UTAH-IDAHO BORDER BY 4 PM. 

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE
FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLZY
LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...PREFERABLY
INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING BUT STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
