IN CENTRAL UTAH ...EASTERN SEVIER COUNTY A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER SEVIER COUNTY...ANALYZED BY NEW ADVANCED WEATHER COMPUTER SYSTEMS...IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING UP UNTIL 945 PM MDT. AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE I-70 THROUGH EASTERN SEVIER COUNTY...AND FREMONT JUNCTION...WHERE FLASH FLOODING OCCURRED EARLIER TODAY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO WASHES...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS. CAMPERS SHOULD AVOID CAMPING ALONG DRY WASHES OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING RAINS.
