FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEAST UTAH

   ...NORTHERN SAN JUAN COUNTY

WEATHER SPOTTERS IN MONTICELLO UTAH REPORT UP TO 1.40 INCHES OF RAIN
IN THE PAST 45 MINUTES.   THIS HEAVY RAIN IS IN THE MONTICELLO AREA
AND POINTS IMMEDIATELY WEST. FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND WASHES IN
VICINITY OF MONTICELLO WILL OCCUR OVER THE NEXT HOUR.
