IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA ...NORTH EAST SAN DIEGO COUNTY ...FLASH FLOOD WARNING EAST OF LAKE HENSHAW... FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN THE AREA SEVEN MILES EAST OF LAKE HENSHAW EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF HWYS 76 AND 79. THE SAN DIEGO DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES HEAVY RAIN FALLING AT THE RATE OF AN INCH AN HOUR IN THAT AREA AND A RAINGAGE REPORTED RAINFALL AMOUNT OF 1.25 INCH IN THE PAST HOUR.
