WILL STRENGTHEN AND PROVIDE A FOCUS FOR NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE VIRGINIAS AND INTO NORTHERN NORTH CAROLINA.
SOME OF THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS...HEAVY RAINS AND
