PUTNAM COUNTY. STRONG...DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH ARE LIKELY
WITH THESE STORMS. FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LARGE HAIL ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.
