SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...

   ...CARTER COUNTY...ELLIOTT COUNTY...GREENUP COUNTY
 
A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING ALONG THE OHIO RIVER AND
THROUGH NORTHERN KENTUCKY AT AROUND 60 MILES AN HOUR. THESE STORMS
WILL REACH WESTERN PORTIONS OF THESE COUNTIES AROUND 720 PM EDT.
 
 
THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS AND THREE
QUARTER INCH HAIL. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
