SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...ATHENS COUNTY
 
AT 535 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POTENTIALLY SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF NELSONVILLE. THE STORM
WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES PER HOUR. THE STORM WILL PASS NEAR CHAUNCEY.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
