FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...NORTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTY
 
WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATES THAT AS MUCH AS THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN WITHIN AN HOUR IN AREAS NORTH AND EAST OF CLARKSBURG WV. THE
MOST SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS BETWEEN INTERSTATE 79 AND ROUTE 19.
SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES MORE THUNDERSTORMS FORMING AND MOVING INTO
THE NORTHEASTERN PART OF THE COUNTY.  THE AMOUNT OF WATER THAT HAS
ALREADY FALLEN WOULD MAKE RAPID RISES AND SIGNIFICANT FLASH FLOODING
VERY LIKELY.
