FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...NORTHERN ATHENS COUNTY...PERRY COUNTY
 
CHARLESTON RADAR RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF .75 TO
1.50 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN ATHENS COUNTY AND MOST OF
PERRY COUNTY. THESE AMOUNTS COUPLED WITH PREVIOUS RAINS ARE ENOUGH TO
CAUSE FLOODING. ADDITIONAL RAINS ARE EXPECTED TO CROSS OVER THE SAME
AREAS DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
