FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...SOUTHWESTERN PERRY COUNTY
 
VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO DURING THE LAST 2 HOURS.
DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR ESTIMATES OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN DURING THAT TIME.
MAXVILLE IN MONDAY CREEK TOWNSHIP REPORTS FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS
IN THAT AREA.
 
THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS MOVED SOUTH OF THIS AREA...BUT LIGHT RAIN WILL
CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER HOUR. RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE STREAMS
IN THIS AREA TO CONTINUE TO FLOOD FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. WATCH OUT FOR MUD SLIDES.
