FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN EAST KENTUCKY
 
   ...JOHNSON COUNTY
 
AT 1000 PM...YET ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING THROUGH JOHNSON COUNTY.
WITH HEAVY RAINS EARLIER IN THE EVENING...SOME FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED
ALONG STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. THERE HAVE BEEN SOME REPORTS OF WATER
ON ROUTE 40.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATlERS.  DO
