FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

RADAR ESTIMATES AND AUTOMATED RAIN GUAGES SHOW 1 TO 11/2 INCHES OF RAIN
IN THE PAST HOUR ACROSS THE AREA. WITH THE GROUND BEING SATURATED..SMALL
STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE LIKELY TO COME OUT OF THEIR BANKS.

EVENING FOR EXTREME NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY AND PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
OHIO HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE FOR A FEW MORE
HOURS...BUT THE THREAT OF SEVERE WEATHER HAS ENDED FOR TONIGHT FOR
THIS AREA.
