AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS. SEVERAL AREAS HAVE BEEN EVACUATED...NUMEROUS
ROADS ARE WATER COVERED AND CLOSED...AND A FEW SECTIONS OF ROADWAY HAVE
BEEN WASHED AWAY.
 
PERSONS IN THE AFFECTED AREA SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION ON THEIR
WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING AND REMEMBER TO NEVER DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED
ROADWAYS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. WATCH OUT FOR MUD SLIDES.
