HEAVY RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES HAS FALLEN IN NORTHEASTERN
KENTUCKY TODAY. MANY STREAMS ARE AT BANKFULL OR PUSHING OUT OF
THEIR BANKS.
 
RAINFALL OF ONE HALF INCH OR MORE IN ONE HOUR WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM
FLOODING.
