FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN EAST KENTUCKY
 
   ...ELLIOTT COUNTY
 
DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR AND IFLOWS RAIN GAUGES WHERE REPORTING THAT
BETWEEN .75 AND 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS ELLIOT COUNTY IN
THE PAST HOUR. MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING...AND WILL CAUSE
STREAMS AND CREEK TO RISE RAPIDLY TO NEAR AND OVER BANKFULL.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
