IN EAST WEST VIRGINIA ...POCAHONTAS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA ...RANDOLPH COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ...WEBSTER COUNTY THE FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS FOR THESE COUNTIES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 1 AM.
