FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...
 
IN NORTHWEST WEST VIRGINIA

WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWS ALMOST THREE INCHES OF RAIN FALLING IN AS
LITTLE AS AN HOUR AND A HALF FROM THUNDERSTORMS CROSSING THE WARNING
AREA. HEAVIEST RAINS HAVE FALLEN EAST OF WALKER WV AND IN THE HUGHES
RIVER PUBLIC HUNTING AREA. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN
ARE APPROACHING THE AREA FROM THE WEST.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT.  IT'S
