FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...CALHOUN COUNTY
 
AT 1000 PM THIS EVENING...RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM OVER CALHOUN
COUNTY THAT HAS PRODUCED AN INCH OF RAIN IN THE LAST HOUR. DUE TO HEAVY
RAINS EARLIER TODAY...THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. THE
HEAVIEST RAIN WAS JUST NORTHWEST OF ARNOLDSBURG.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
