DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS THAT WERE PRODUCING HEAVY
RAIN BETWEEN CHILCOOT CALIFORNIA AND HALLELUJAH JUNCTION AT THE
INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 395 AND CALIFORNIA STATE ROUTE 70.  THESE
STORMS ARE MOVING NORTH AT 15-20 MPH.
