THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RENO NV HAS ISSUED A FLASH 
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM PST FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN WESTERN NEVADA

  ...ALL OF STOREY COUNTY

STOREY COUNTY SHERIFF AND FIRE DEPARTMENT HAVE REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD 
ON LONG VALLEY CREEK INCLUDING THE TOWN OF LOCKWOOD DUE TO EXTREMELY 
HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS.  TWO BRIDGES HAVE ALREADY BEEN 
WASHED OUT AND OTHERS ARE FAILING.  ROADS IN THE AREA HAVE BEEN CLOSED 
AND EVACUATIONS ARE BEGINNING AT IN THE AREA.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODI0NG IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.  
DO NOT TRY TO CROSS FLOODED HIGHWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT DRIVE AROUND POLICE BARRICADES.
